摘  要:ADC发泡剂废水蒸发处理过程中,准确的物性数据对于工艺计算和设备设计至关重要。为获得NaCl-NH4-Cl-H2O体系的物性计算模型,采用回归正交实验与多元回归分析方法进行试验,获得了NaCl-NH4Cl-H2O体系在20~80℃范围内比热、电导率、粘度、密度物性与溶液中氯化钠、氯化铵浓度及温度之间的计算模型,通过显著性检验,获得了因素对物性的影响大小。将模型的计算值和实验值进行比较,比热、粘度、电导率、密度的回归方程的相对误差分别在3.996%,2.22%,3.97%,0.781%以内,计算模型可应用于ADC废水处理设备的设计及工艺计算具有实用意义。In the process of ADC wastewater evaporation, the accurate physical data of the waste water was very important for process calculation and equipment design. In order to obtain the physical properties of NaCI-NH4Cl-H2O system,the experimental study was carried out by using the orthogonal regression meth- od and the experimental results were treated by using multiple linear regression method. The model was established for the estimation of the content of specific heat, electrical conductivity, viscosity, density in the temperature between 20 - 80 ℃. Through the significant test,obtaining the influence of factors on the physical properties. Compared with the calculated values and experimental values of the model, the relative error of the regression equation of specific heat, viscosity, conductivity and density were 3. 996%, 2. 22% ,3.97% ,0.781%. The model can be applied to the design of ADC wastewater treatment equipment and the process calculation.
