血清雌二醇与先兆流产妊娠结局的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的：动态监测先兆流产孕妇血清雌二醇（E2）的水平,探讨其预测先兆流产孕妇妊娠结局的价值。方法：选取经检查诊断为单胎宫内妊娠5周的孕妇,其中正常妊娠50例,先兆流产继续妊娠46例,先兆流产妊娠失败48例,分为三组：正常妊娠为A组,先兆流产继续妊娠为B组,先兆流产妊娠失败为C组。分别于5~8周,每周一次检测妊娠母体血清E2的值进行统计分析。结果：相同孕周的三组孕妇血清E2的值比较：A组、B组显著高于C组,差异有显著统计学意义（P﹤0.01）,A组、B组的血清E2的值与孕周呈正相关性,C组的E2的值与孕周无明显相关性。结论：动态检测E2对预测先兆流产孕妇的妊娠预后有重要临床意义。Objective Dynamic monitoring of threatened abortion maternal serum estradiol （E2） levels, to explore its forecast threatened abortion pregnant pregnancy outcome value. Method The diagnosis of fetal intrauterine pregnancy as a single five weeks pregnant,including 50 cases of normal pregnancy, threatened abortion to continue the pregnancy 46 cases, 48 cases of threatened abortion pregnancy failure, points into three groups：Group A normal pregnancy, threatened abortion group to continue the pregnancy as B, threatened abortion pregnancy failure for the group C. Respectively,in 5 to 8 weeks, once a week to detect pregnancy maternal serum E2 value for statistical a- nalysis. Results The three groups of maternal serum values of the same gestational age E2 comparison：A group B was significantly higher than that of group C, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 01 ）, A group, B group the serum E2 and progesterone values Zhou was a positive correlation, the serum E2 of group C had no significant correlation with gestational age. Conclusion The dynamic detection E2 in predicting the prognosis of women with threatened abortion pregnancy has important clinical significance.
