消炎止痒洗剂合并复方当归薄荷膏治疗血液透析患者合并皮肤瘙痒的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨消炎止痒洗剂合并复方当归薄荷膏治疗血液透析患者皮肤瘙痒的临床疗效。方法:将80例进行血液透析治疗的皮肤瘙痒症患者随机分为对照组38例和观察组42例,观察组的患者给予消炎止痒洗剂盆浴结合复方当归薄荷膏外涂治疗,对照组患者采用温水浴后使用橄榄油外涂,通过对瘙痒指数评分比较两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组患者的临床疗效较对照组更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:消炎止痒洗剂合并复方当归薄荷膏可显著改善血液透析患者的皮肤瘙痒症状。Objective To investigate the combination therapy effects of anti - inflammatory and itching lotion and compound angelica mint cream on uremic pruritus （ UP）. Method 80 cases of UP patients with hematodialysls treatment were randomly divided into two groups ,the control group （38 patients） and the treatment group （42 patients） ,and treatment group＇s patients were administrated with anti -inflammatory and itching lotion and compound angelica mint cream;meanwhile, the control group＇s patients were administrated with warm water washing. Itching index were recorded before and after the treatment. Results The therapy effects on the treatment group were signifi- cantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 O. O1 ）. Conclusion The combination therapy of anti - inflammatory and itching lotion and compound angelica mint cream is a effective method for UP curing,which is deserved to generalized in clinical.
