摘　　要：代谢综合征（MS）是一组以胰岛素抵抗为核心，具体表现为高血糖、高血脂、高血压和腹型肥胖的代谢紊乱症候群。目前国外大量流行病学研究发现，MS与多种恶性肿瘤（包括前列腺癌、肝癌、大肠癌、乳腺癌等）的发生率相关，代谢综合征患者是一些肿瘤发生的高危人群。笔者就代谢综合征与肿瘤的流行病学和相关机制做一综述。Metabolic syndrome （MS） is characterized by high blood glucose, high blood lipid, high blood pressure, and abdominal obesity with insulin resistance as the main characteristics. At present, some epidemiological surveys demonstrate the incidence rates of some malignant neoplasms including prostate cancer, hepatoceliular carcinoma, colorectal adenoma, and breast cancer among MS patients were obviously increasing. Patients with MS present a high morbidity of certain tumors. This article summarizes the relationship between MS and malignant neoplasms as well as related mechanisms.
