摘  要:阐述了基于手机移动速度评估的HCS重选/切换算法的基本原理及如何应用于高铁3G网络。广州联通在武广高铁3G专网及沿线公网实施了HCS小区分层,启用了HCS重选/切换算法,并通过实际测试结果验证解决了高铁专网邻区设置存在的高铁用户掉公网后一直无法返回专网导致用户感知差的问题,也解决了部分高铁小区因非高铁用户过度占用导致的功率拥塞问题。It expounds the basic principle of HCS reselection/handover algorithm based on mobile phone moving speed assessment, and how to apply this algorithm to high-speed railway 3G network. Guangzhou Unicorn carries out HCS cell layer on Wuguang high-speed railway 3G private network and the public network along the railway, and starts HCS reselection/handover algo- rithm, the problem that the user can not be returned to private network is solved, the problem that power congestion caused by non high-speed railway users occupy high-speed railway cell is also solved.
