摘　　要：电路域回落(CSFB)是LTE部署初期语音解决方案,基本原理是语音呼叫发生时通过将LTE语音业务回落至2G/3G网络电路域,并由2G/3G电路域为用户提供语音业务。由于CSFB语音呼叫流程涵盖LTE网络及2G/3G网络,涉及核心网及无线网,流程相对复杂,涉及面较广。因此,在部署和优化CSFB过程中,由于网络架构、设备功能的差异,各地陆续出现很多难点问题,成为网络部署中的技术障碍。针对实际部署CSFB过程中的5个典型问题进行梳理,分析问题原因,给出相应解决方案,为CSFB技术部署及优化提供方案建议及技术依据。Circuit switch fall back（CSFB） is the voice solution for the first phase of LTE. The main principle of CSFB is that voice and SMS services are delivered to LTE devices through the use of 2G/3G circuit-switched network. For CSFB covers both LTE and 2G/ 3G network, the technical flow of CSFB is relatively complex. In the process of CSFB deployment and optimization, there shows up many technical problems which become the barriers of the LTE network deployment. It analyzes the typical prob- lems of CSFB deployment and focuses on the best solutions. It may provide the optimization scheme and technical sugges- tions for the CSFB network deployment.
