摘 要:以某工业园区(玻璃深加工废水为主)废水处理厂为例,选取该厂2014年5-12月的进出水水质水量及曝气池污泥性状进行说明和分析,通过对各工艺段的参数进行校核,提出对原处理工艺改善以及在调试过程中强化微生物增殖的对策。在调试过程中严格控制污泥回流量、曝气量、有机负荷,有利于缩短整个调试周期,出水水质可达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A标准。Taking a wastewater treatment plant in an industrial park (glass deep processing wastewater) as example, the parameters of BIOLAK process were studied through the analysis and summary of the water quality and quantity of its influent and effluent as well as the aeration tank sludge characteristics. It was proposed to improve the original treatment process and enhance the microorganism treatment during commissioning phase. During commissioning phase, the back-flow sludge quantity, aeration quantity and organic load should be controlled strictly so as to shorten the commissioning cycle and meet the requirements of first grade A standards of discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant (GB 18918--2002).
