女裤数码印花纸热转移印花工艺优化方案分析

摘  要:采用数码印花纸及高压平板热转印机,以10 kPa作为标准转印压力对涤纶面料的女裤进行热转移印花。确定了印花成品的评价指标,探讨了热压温度、时间及面料厚度对印花效果的影响,并采用正交试验进行优化分析,确定最优印花方案。结果表明,影响印花成品质量的各因素从主到次的顺序为:温度、时间、面料厚度,最优方案为:温度212℃、时间45 s、面料厚度0.552 mm。The digital printing paper and high pressure plate heat transfer machine was used with 10 kPa as the standard transfer pressure, the pants of polyester fabric was treated by thermal transfer printing. The evaluating indi- cator of print product was determined, the effect of hot pressing temperature, time and fabric thickness on printing effect were discussed, the orthogonal test was used to optimize the analysis, and the optimized printing scheme was determined. The results show that the main to the second order of affecting the quality of printing products is temper- ature, time, fabric thickness, the optimized scheme is that the temperature is 212 ℃, the time is 45 s, and the fab- ric thickness is 0.552 ram.
