锦黏面料一浴一步法染色工艺探讨

摘　　要：介绍了常规染料两浴法染色工艺和ANOMEN(安诺门)NC系列染料一浴一步法染色工艺,并对锦黏罗马布和锦黏花边布进行染色加工,测试并对比了两种染色工艺所得成品颜色、耐洗色牢度及耐摩擦色牢度等,以确定ANOMEN NC系列染料一浴一步法染色工艺的可行性。对常规染料两浴法染色工艺进行优化,用于大生产实践,并与ANOMEN NC系列染料一浴一步法大生产染色织物进行对比。结果表明,ANOMEN NC系列染料一浴一步法染色工艺具有一定的可行性,此染色工艺减少一次污水排放,降低耗时,同时减少了化学品的消耗,成品风格、耐洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度达到常规染料两浴法染色的效果。The dyeing process of two bath method with conventional dyes and one bath one step with ANOMEN NC dyes were introduced, and the Polyamide and Viscose lace cloth and Polyamide and Viscose edge cloth were treated by dyeing. The finished product＇s color, color fastness to washing and rubbing of products dyed by two kinds of dyeing processes were tested and compared, and the feasibility of one bath one step dyeing process with ANOMEN NC dyes was determined. Two bath dyeing process with conventional dyes was optimized, and used in the large scale production practice, and the dyed fabric was compared with that dyed by the one bath one step production with the NC ANOMEN series of dyes. The results show that the ANOMEN NC series dyes in one bath one step dyeing process has certain feasibility, the dyeing process reduces the waste water discharge and time-con- suming, and also decreases the consumption of chemicals, and the style of product, color fastness to washing and rubbing have reached the effect of two bath dyeing with the conventional dyes.
