活血通络利水法在膝关节滑膜炎中的运用及对部分指标的干预评价

摘　　要：目的观察和评价活血通络利水法在膝关节滑膜炎中的运用效果。方法随机抽取72例膝关节滑膜炎者,根据随机数字表法按照1︰1比例将其分为观察组和对照组,两组患者予以同样的基础治疗,观察组加用活血通络利水法,且对两组治疗效果、临床症状积分以及相关实验室指标予以对比观察和评价。结果治疗两周、四周时,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者休息痛、活动痛、压痛、行走、肿胀、活动度、总分以及ESR、CRP及B超积液量均较治疗前降低,观察组较对照组下降明显(P<0.05)。结论活血通络利水法在膝关节滑膜炎中应用满意。Objective To observe and evaluate the effect of Blood circulation meridians water Act treatment of knee synovitis. Methods 72 cases of knee synovitis were randomly drawn, reference randomly 1 ： 1 ratio,was divided into the observation group and the control group;two groups of patients were to be the same basic treatment,observation group was treated with blood circulation meridians water Act,and the two groups of treatment,clinical symptom scores and compare relevant laboratory parameters were. to be observed and evaluated. Results Two weeks and four weeks of treatment, the observation group total effective rate was higher than ground（P 〈 0.05）;two groups of patients rest pain, activity pain, tenderness, walking, swelling, activity, score, and ESR, CRP and B-effusion volume was lower than before treatment,the observation group and the control group was declining（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Blood circulation meridians water Act treatment of knee synovitis is satisfactory.
