摘  要:目的探讨护理干预对缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿生长发育及血清S100B水平的影响。方法回顾性分析2013年7月~2014年6月来本院就诊的缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿75例,其中观察组38例,对照组37例。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组在此基础上采用护理干预方法。观察两组患儿干预前后血清S100B,NABA评分及Gesell评分情况。结果两组患儿干预前血清S100B蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);观察组干预2d、干预7d血清S100B蛋白水平明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组患儿干预2d、干预7d NABA评分明显高于对照组(P〈0.05)。两组患儿Gesell评分比较,观察组的应人能,应物能,言语能及动作能得分明显高于对照组得分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论对缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿采取护理干预方法,可明显降低血清S100B蛋白水平,改善其机体各方面发育状况。Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on growth and development and serum S100B level in neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy. Methods 75 cases of neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy in our hospital From 2013 July to 2014 June were all collected, who were randomly divided into the observation group(38 cases) and the control group(37 cases). The control group was given conventional nursing method, and the observation group was treated with nursing intervention. The changes of serum S100B before and after the intervention of two groups and the scores of NABAe and Gesell were observed. Results Before the intervention, the difference of serum S100B protein was not statistically significant between two groups (P 〉 0.05).After intervention 2 day and 7ddy, the serum S100B protein level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, there was significant difference between two groups(P 〈 0.05). After intervention 2 day and 7day, NABA score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the two groups (P 〈 0.05).To compare Gesell score of two groups, The abilities of things, persons, words and actions of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The method of nursing intervention for neonatal hypoxie ischemic encephalopathy can significantly reduce the level of serum S100B protein and improve the development of the body.
