舒适护理和常规护理在食管癌患者术后恢复中的效果对比

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适化护理与常规护理运用于食管癌患者术后的护理效果及对患者恢复的影响效果。方法选取我院2012年4月~2015年4月共收治的行食管癌手术患者共160例,按照患者住院号随机分为常规组与舒适组。常规组接受术后常规护理,舒适组接受舒适化护理干预。比较两组患者护理过程中术后出现的不良反应发生率、住院情况及患者术后3个月QOL-100生活质量得分。结果舒适组患者食管癌术后恢复过程中不良反应胸闷、疼痛及切口感染、睡眠障碍及引流管发生率均明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。舒适组患者住院时间明显短于常规组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。舒适组患者术后3个月QOL-100生活质量总得分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论舒适化护理运用于食管癌术后的患者有较好的护理效果,能有效减少术后恢复过程中不良反应的发生率,减少住院时间,且有效提高患者术后生活质量,简单易行,适合临床护理推广使用。Objective To explore the nursing effect of comfortable nursing and routine nursing on patients with esophageal carcinoma after operation and their effect on the recovery of patients. Methods 160 patients who were received esophageal carcinoma operation in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2012 were selected and they were randomly divided into the routine group and comfortable group according to the hospitalization number.The routine group was received postoperative routine nursing.The comfortable group was received comfortable nursing intervention. The incidence of adverse reactions,hospitalization conditions,and QOL-IO0 life quality score of 3 months after operation of two groups were compared. Results In postoperative recovery of patients with esophageal carcinoma in the comfortable group, the incidence of adverse reactions including tight chest,pain,incision infection, Sleep disorders and drainage tube was significantly lower than that in the routine group. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.The hospitalization stay of the comfortable group was significantly shorter than that of the routine group and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. The total score QOL-100 life quality score of 3 months after operation of the comfort group was higher than that of the routine group. The difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comfortable nursing in patients with esophageal carcinoma operation has better nursing effect and it can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in the recovery process, reduce the hospitalization stay. In addition, it is simple and easy and it can effectively improve the quality of life after operation, suitable for promotion and application in clinical nursing.
