摘　　要：ICU谵妄评估对危重患者护理质量及预后意义重大,但我国谵妄评估起步晚发展慢,本研究对评估的组织性和个体性滞后性因素进行分析,提出可以通过完善培训机制,组建专家团队,进行纵向梯次教育,借鉴先进培训工具,维持和谐的医护关系和良好反馈形成,倡导人文观念、实行激励机制,调动ICU护士的评估积极性,形成强大的推动力量,促进ICU谵妄评估工具在我国的应用及研究发展,提高ICU患者的护理质量和出院结局,为管理者和研究者提供参考。The delirium assessment in ICU is of great significance for nursing quality and prognosis.However the delirium assessment in China starts late and develops lowly.This paper analyzes the organization of assessment and individuality in hysteresis.Perfecting training mechanism, forming a professional team,carrying out longitudinal education,utilizing advanced tools , promoting humanistic concept and building manager-encouraging system is put forward to stimulate the nurse＇s enthusiasm in assessment.At the same time ,maintain a harmonious relationship between doctor and nurse and create a good feedback.h all forms a powerful driving force to promote application of ICU delirium assessment and development of study in our country,to improve the working quality of the nursing and hospital outcome and to provide references for manager and researcher.
