农民工政治参与的困境与实现路径

摘　　要：政治参与和政治发展紧密相关,政治参与不断扩大也是现代民主政治发展的重要内容之一。据国家统计局的数据,我国目前有2.73亿农民工,是我国政治参与主体重要的组成部分。近年来,随着我国政府对农民工群体政策的不断调整,我国农民工的政治参与现状如何,呈现出哪些特征,面临哪些问题,论题从农民工本身出发,通过对1 016位农民工政治参与的状况进行调查分析,尝试回答这些问题,并对如何加强农民工有序政治参与,提高其政治参与能力与质量,解决政治参与困境提出对策。Political participation is closely related with political development, and its increasing expansion is al- so one of important contents in the development of modem democratic politics. According to the data of National Bureau of Statistics of China, there are 273 million migrant workers in China who are the important component of main body of Chinese political participation. With the continual adjustment of Chinese government＇ s policies for migrant workers in recent years, the current situations, characteristics and existing problems of political partici- pation of Chinese migrant workers are all worth the attention. While carrying out an investigation into the situa- tion of migrant workers＇ political participation, the paper tentatively answers those questions, proposing the rele- vant countermeasures for improving the competence and quality of their political participation as well as solving the dilemmas of that.
