摘　　要：介绍一种电子靶标发射机用于模拟地面防空雷达微波发射信号，为反辐射导弹试验导引头被动通道提供雷达辐射源模拟目标。主要内容包括电子靶标发射机的功能组成，给出了实验原理和系统框图。文章对多注速调管的工作原理、发射机的IGBT组合调制器、高压电源的工程实现进行了分析，对监控和控制电路的实现及其功能进行了介绍，给出了L波段电子靶标发射机的测试结果。This paper introduces a kind of L-band electronic the microwave signal of ground based air defense radars. The target transmitter which imitates transmitter offers the radar radiatot targets in the experiments of anti-radiation-missile. The function and the principle and the diagram of the electronic target transmitter are included. The analysis of the theory of the multi -beam klystron, the IGBT assembled modulator, the high voltage power source are provided. The paper introduces the BITE and controlling circuits, the result of the test has been expressed.
