摘 要:进港航道已经成为制约港口通过能力发挥的因素之一,在港口规划时应考虑航道尺度对泊位有效利用率的影响。本文以集装箱码头为例,将船舶航行作业过程引入港口生产作业仿真模型;根据相关行业规范,设计一系列仿真试验方案并确定仿真模型参数;定量分析集装箱码头泊位有效利用率与泊位数、航道线数和航行历时之间的影响关系,为合理确定集装箱码头泊位有效利用率、估算年泊位通过能力提供理论依据。结果表明,在选取合理泊位有效利用率时,进港航道尺度不可忽略,尤其是单线长航道。同时,建议在实际工程中采用计算机仿真技术来评价港口总平面布置方案,保证港口整体高效运营。The approach channel has become a key factor constraining the trafficability of seaports, and the impact of channel dimensions on the effective utilization ratio of berths needs to be considered when planning a container terminal. Using a container terminal as an example, this study integrated ship navigation and operation into a simu- lation of port construction and operation. Applying related industrial standards, we designed a series of simulation plans and determined the parameters of the simulation model. We then quantitatively analyzed the relationship between the effective utilization ratio of the container terminal berths, and the quantity of berths and channel lines and the duration of navigation, to provide a theoretical basis on which to determine the effective utilization ratio of container terminal berths and to estimate the annual trafficability of berths. The results demonstrated that the dimensions of the approach channel are important in achieving a satisfactory effective utilization ratio of berths, especially with a single-line long channel. This study recommends using computer simulation technology when assessing the general port plane layout of real engineering projects to ensure the efficient operation of the port.
