摘 要:目的分析比较静脉血与末梢血的血常规检测结果的差异性,为临床血常规检验的标准化操作提供理论和实验依据。方法选取128名参加健康体检的大学生作为研究对象,同时采集静脉血和末梢血在全自动血细胞分析仪上进行检测,并对检测结果中白细胞(WBC)、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)、血细胞比容(HCT)、红细胞平均体积(MCV)、红细胞平均血红蛋白量(MCH)、红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)和血小板(PLT)8项主要指标进行统计分析。结果静脉血与末梢血的WBC、RBC、HGB、HCT和PLT 5项指标平均水平差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);MCV、MCH和MCHC 3项指标平均水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论末梢血的血常规检测结果与静脉血存在明显差异。在临床血常规检测中,静脉血不易受气温和末梢循环变化等因素的影响,能准确反映全身血液真实情况,更具有代表性。Objective To figure out the difference in blood-test results of venous blood and peripheral blood and provide the needed experimental data and theoretical basis to develop the standard operation procedure for routine blood testing. Methods This research took blood samples of 128 healthy college students participating in the physical examination, summarized and analyzed their biochemical results including white blood cell (WBC) , red blood cell (RBC) , hemoglobin (HGB) , blood cell hematocrit ( HCT), mean red cell volume ( MCV ), mean corpuscular hemoglobin content ( MCH ), mean erythrocyte corpuscular hemoglobin concentration ( MCHC ) and platelet (PLT). Results WBC, RBC, HGB, HCT and PLT results of venous blood and peripheral blood were statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ), and there were no significant difference in MCV, MCH and MCHC results ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion There are noticeable differences in the results of blood routine examination of peripheral blood and venous blood. The test results of venous blood is less susceptible to the effects of temperature and peripheral circulation change, hence it can more accurately reflect the real blood situation of the entire body, they are more representative.
