摘 要:过滤与分离技术是对废油处理中的一个重要工艺,市场上对废油的过滤与分离处理方法多种多样;根据目前废油中过滤分离技术的应用特点,其中包括对油液在使用过程中掺入的杂质和水分的去除如废润滑油的吸附分离技术、膜分离技术等,油液在炼制反应后残余的固体催化剂的去除如催化裂化油浆的过滤分离、旋流分离等以及从油液中提取出可以再利用的物质如煤焦油中的梯度脱洗法分离出稠环芳烃类等;就废润滑油、催化裂化油浆以及煤焦油的过滤分离技术方面,综述了废油中过滤与分离技术的应用现状,并提出了今后应着重于研究过滤与分离技术在废油处理过程中的无污染性、高效性方面。Filtration and separation technologies are an important technology in the treatment of waste oil, and there are many filtration and separation methods for waste oil in the market. According to the application characteristics of filtration and separation technologies for waste oil, the technologies include the process of the treatment for impurities and moisture removal, adsorption separation technology and membrane separation technology of waste lubrication oil, removing the residual solid catalyst after refining oil, filtration, separation and hydrocyclone of catalytic cracking oil, and extracting recycled materials such as polycyclie aromatic hydrocarbone and so on by gradient elution in coal tar. From the perspective of filtration and separation technologies in the treatment of waste lubricating oil, catalytic cracking oil slurry and coal tar, this paper reviews the present application situation of filtration and separation technologies, and proposes that future research should focus on filtration and separation technologies with non-pollution and with efficiency in the process of waste oil treatment.
