摘  要:针对高碳钢线材77Mn Cr V氮含量超标问题,调查分析了炼钢各工序的增氮关键控制点,提出相应的改进措施,降低了钢中氮含量,连铸坯质量得到明显改善.Study on the problem of excessive nitrogen content in high carbon steel wire rods was carried out, the effect of nitrogen content on the drawing performance of high carbon steel wire rods was analyzed, and the key process control points of the 77MnCrV steel-making process were investigated. The corresponding improvement measures were put forward, and the quality of continuous casting billets were improved obviously.
