摘　　要：综合日钢X60钢生产现状,对A类、B类夹杂变性进行分析.认为,钢液内ACR应>1.8的条件,可满足A类夹杂完全变性;通过钢液内T[O]变化,预知B类夹杂相对数量,以达到[Ca]/[Al]>0.14,可达到B类夹杂完全变性.如何有效降低C类夹杂,需进一步探讨论证.Aiming at the comprehensive situations of making steel X60, inclusion modifications of types A and B were ana- lyzed. It is considered that if ACR in steel is greater than 1.8, it can meet the complete modification of type A ; the relative inclusion quantity of type B can be predicted by the T[ O] change in steel in order to achieve that the [ Ca]/[ Al] is greater than O. 14 which can make the complete inclusion modification available. It is necessary to be further discussed on how to reduce the inclusion of type C effectively.
