摘 要:目的:分析医学实验室用水净化前、后的水质纯度。方法:参照国家标准GB/T 6682-2008"分析实验室用水规格和试验方法",分别从p H值、电导率、可氧化物质、吸光度、蒸发残渣和可溶性硅的含量6个指标检测分析。结果:实验室净化前的纯水p H值为7.4、电导率为0.07 m S/m、可氧化物质含量为0.07 mg/L、吸光度值为0.008、蒸发残渣含量为0.8 mg/L、可溶性硅含量为0.015 mg/L,符合二级水质标准;而经设备纯化后的纯水p H值为7.18、电导率为0.006 m S/m、可氧化物质含量为0.06 mg/L、吸光度值为0.001、蒸发残渣含量为0.6 mg/L、可溶性硅含量为0.01 mg/L,符合一级水质标准。结论:实验室纯水净化前水质为二级水,而净化后水质符合一级水标准,净化后水质显著提高,可满足医用实验室的要求。Objective: To analysis pure water quality of medical laboratory before and after purification. Methods: According to GB/T 6682-2008: water for analytical laboratory use: specifications and test methods, explore pure water quality before and after purification from pH, conductivity, oxidized substances, absorbance, evaporation residue and the content of soluble silicon, respectively. Results: Before purification, pH value, conductivity, oxidized substances, absorbance, evaporation residue and me content of soluble silicon of pure water was 7.4, 0.07 mS/m, 0.07 mg/L, 0.008, 0.8 mg/L and 0.015 mg/L, respectively. And it conformed to 2rid grade. While pH value, conductivity, oxidized substances, absorbance, evaporation residue and the content of soluble silicon of pure water is 7.18, 0.006 mS/m, 0.06 mg/L, 0.001, 0.6 mg/L and 0.01 mg/L, respectively after purification, which was in line with 1st grade. Conclusion: Pure water quality of medical laboratory is 2rid grade before purification, while water quality increases to 1st grade after purification. Purification has been improved pure water quality significantly, and it can meet the requirements of medical laboratory.
