基 金:南京军区科技创新课题(12Z25)"多频超声水疗槽对大面积烧伤患者晚期创面浸浴疗效的研究"
摘 要:目的:探讨超声水疗槽对大鼠肉芽创面浸浴治疗的效果。方法:将48只Wistar大鼠按照随机奇偶分组法分为单纯浸浴组(A组)、20 kHz超声浸浴组(B组)、30 kHz超声浸浴组(C组)以及40kHz超声浸浴组(D组),每组12只;在大鼠背部造成4 cm×7 cm的皮肤缺损创面,隔日换药,分别在伤后8 d、10 d、12 d及14 d进行浸浴治疗,每次浸浴治疗后观察浸泡液细菌计数、创面细菌清除率,并抽血检测血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)及肌酐(Cr)等指标,伤后15d计算创面愈合率。结果:超声浸浴B组、C组和D组浸泡液细菌计数,创面细菌清除率及创面愈合率明显高于A组;其中,30 k Hz超声浸浴组各项指标改善最为明显。同时,ALT、CK-MB及Cr等指标各组之间未见明显差异。结论:超声浸浴治疗可以有效地改善肉芽创面,较普通浸浴能更好的清除创面细菌,从而达到清洁创面、促进创面生长修复的目的。Objective: To investigate the effects of immersion bath on granulation wounds of rats treated with ultrasonic therapeutic tank. Methods: Forty eight Wistar rats were divided into four groups respectively, the simple immersion bath group(group A) and 20 kHz ultrasonic immersion bath group (group B), 30 kHz ultrasonic immersion bath group(group C), 40 kHz ultrasonic immersionbath group (group D). Each group of 12 rats, 4×7 cm skin defect wound were made inrat back. The dressing were changed every two days. Immersion bath therapy was performed at 8 days, 10 days, 12 days, 14 days after injury. The bacteria counting of soak liquid, bacterial clearance rate of wound, and test indexes of ALT, CK- MB, Cr were observed after every therapy. The healing rate of wound was calculated in 15 days after the injury. Results: The bacteria counting of soak liquid, bacterial clearance rate and the healing rate of the wound in the ultrasonic immersion bath group were improved than simple immersion bath group significantly, of which the 30 kHz ultrasonic immersion bath group improved most obviously. There were no significant differences between groups in ALT, CK-MB, Cr. Conclusion: Ultrasonic bath therapy could remove bacteria from the wound more effectively, compared with the ordinary bath, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning the wound, promote the repair of wound.
