摘　　要：目的:探讨样本库转化实验平台建设及其在基础实验室和临床上所具有的功能与作用。方法:通过文献评阅,确立转化医学实验平台的功能、作用与双向转化路径;根据功能区进行硬软件功能配置,制订管理规范。结果:实现了样本库转化实验平台支撑基础与临床相互转化的运行机制。结论:样本库医学转化实验平台在基础实验室与临床之间建立起一个双向转化路径,有效启动样品收集、相关课题研究工作。Objective： To illustrate the sample library transformation experiment platform plays an important role in the basic laboratory and the clinic. Methods： Focus on the role of the sample library translational medicine experiment platform, and the establishment of our hospital＇s translational medicine experiment platform to instruct. Results： The sample library transformation experiment platform is direct execution facility that they complete the conversion between basic laboratory and clinical. Conclusion： The sample library transformation experiment platform established a two-way conversion channel between basic laboratory and clinical.
