合作型地缘经济战略与丝绸之路经济带建设--兼论中国与中亚的区域合作

摘　　要：经济全球化和区域一体化的发展塑造了中国的地缘经济空间。在与国际社会的互动中,中国产生了合作型的地缘经济战略思想。丝绸之路经济带是在经济新常态下中国合作型地缘经济战略的具体体现,通过以政策沟通、设施联通、贸易畅通、资金融通、民心相通为主要内容的国家间互动和提供区域性公共产品,中国将进一步加强与相关国家和地区的经济合作,整合地缘经济空间。从合作型地缘经济战略的视角出发,探讨了中国与中亚的区域合作。The development of economic globalization and regional integra- tion creates the geo-economic space for China. China has developed the concept of cooperative geo-economic strategy during its interaction with the international community. The Silk Road Economic Belt is a full embodiment of Chinese coop- erative geo-economic strategy against the background of economic new normal. Through international interactions focusing on policy coordination, facilities con- nectivity, unimpeded trade, financial integration and people-to-people bonds, as well as providing regional public products. China will further strengthen its eco- nomic cooperation with related countires and regions and integrate the geo-eco- nomic space. This paper discusses the regional cooperation between China and countries in Central Asia from the perspective of cooperative geo-economic strate- gy.
