摘　　要：从科技成果转化的研究现状、焦点问题和研究趋势等方面对国内外相关最新文献进行了梳理总结,并得出对中国的以下启示:科技成果转化应采取机构模式与个体模式并举;通过创新商业模式,实现技术创新的商业化应用;警惕过度政府干预对科技成果转化的阻碍作用;积极发展多层次资本市场;多维度构建科技成果转化的绩效评价体系。Summing up the latest literatures at home and abroad on the transformation of scientific and technological achievenents from the aspects of re- search status, focus issues and research trends, this paper suggests the following enlightenments to China： the scientific and technological achievements may real- ize transformation in both institutional and individual levels, the commercializa- tion of technology innovation may be achieved through innovating business mode, we should be alerted to the hindering effect resulting from government＇s over-interference, we should vigorously develop multi-level capital market and construct the multi-dimension performance evaluation system for the transforma- tion of seienlifie and technological achievenents.
