摘 要:[目的]观察认知干预对消化性溃疡病人疾病的认知及护理满意度的影响。[方法]将84例消化性溃疡病人利用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组42例,对照组开展常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上引入认知干预,比较两组病人在干预后第2周末的认知功能及护理满意度情况。[结果]观察组病人干预后的认知状况优于对照组、护理满意度高于对照组,经比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。[结论]认知干预应用于消化性溃疡病人,能改善其对疾病的认知水平,提高病人的护理满意度。Objective:To study the effect of cognitive intervention on disease cognition and nursing satisfaction of patients with peptic ulcer.Methods:84 cases of peptic ulcer patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,42 cases in each group.Control group recived routine care,the observation group recived routine care and cognitive intervention.And then compared cognitive function and nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients in the end of second week after the intervention.Results:The cognitive status of the observation group patients was better than that in control group,and their nursing satisfaction was higher than that in control group.The differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Cognitive intervention should be used for patients with peptic ulcer.It can improve the cognitive level of the disease and the patients’ nursing satisfaction.
