外耳道臭氧吹气联合派瑞松治疗真菌性外耳道炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的评估外耳道臭氧吹气联合派瑞松治疗真菌性外耳道炎的方法及效果。方法选取2010年3月-2013年10月间就诊于我科的90例真菌性外耳道炎患者随机分成两组，实验组48例，行外耳道臭氧吹气联合派瑞松治疗；对照组42例，行4％硼酸酒精治疗。随访20d，对比两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果两组对比，实验组的临床效果明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论应用外耳道臭氧吹气联合派瑞松治疗真菌性外耳道炎，可明显提高临床疗效。Objective To evaluate the methods and results of canal ozone blowing combined with pevisone in the treat- merit of fungal otitis externa. Methods 90 cases which were selected from March 2010 to October 2013 admitted to hospital with fungal otitis externa were randomly divided into two groups, experimental group of 48 patients was given canal ozone blowing combined with pevisone; control group of 42 cases was treated with 4% boric acid alcohol ; Followup of 20 days, two groups were compared treatment of clinical efficacy. Results During follow-up comparing in two groups after treatment, clinical efficacy of experimental group were better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Canal ozone blowing combined with pevisone in the treatment of fungal otitis externa, can significantly improve clinical efficacy.
