摘　　要：目的总结应用3．0mmHCS可埋头双向加压螺钉经皮微创手术治疗腕舟状骨骨折的手术方法及疗效。方法选择2011年7月-2015年3月期间采用C型臂x线透视下闭合复位，经皮掌侧入路治疗HerbertB1、B2、B4、B5型骨折22例，观察其治疗效果。结果术后随访1-9个月，所有类型骨折均愈合，平均愈合时间为（9．5±3．8）个月。功能恢复良好，用改良Mayo腕关节功能评分：优19例，良3例，优良率100％，末次随访腕关节功能达到对侧90％1）以上。结论采用3．0mmHCS可埋头双向加压螺钉经皮微创手术治疗腕舟状骨骨折，近期疗效满意。Objective To summarize surgical method and efficacy of 3.0 mm HCS cannulated bidirectional pressure nails percutaneous minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of carpal scaphoid fracture. Methods A total of 22 cases of patients with Herbert B1, B2, B4, B5 fractures who received the C-arm X-ray closed reduction and percutaneous volar treatment from July 2011 to March 2015 were chosen and the effect was observed. Results After 1 to 9 months of follow-up, patients with all types of fractures healed, and the average healing time of all types of fractures was（9.5±3.8） months. Functional recovery was good, and there were 19 cases with excellent modified Mayo wrist scores and 3 cases with good modified Mayo wrist scores. The good rate was 100%, and at the end of follow-up, the wrist function reached for more than 90% of contralateral wrist function. Conclusion The recent results of 3.0 mm HCS cannulated bidirectional pressure nails pereutaneous minimally invasive surgery are satisfactory.
