摘 要:通过化学镀方法在铁片表面镀覆Ni-Co-P非晶合金,探究了镀液成分以及工艺参数对沉积速率、镀液稳定性及镀层质量的影响。选用化学镀Ni-Co-P的最佳优化配方和工艺参数,在氧化铝基体上制备出负载型Ni-Co-P/γ-Al_2O_3非晶合金催化剂。用场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)、X射线能量色散谱仪(EDS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、电感耦合等离子体(ICP)和氮气吸附脱附测试方法对该催化剂进行表征。硝基苯催化加氢实验考察了Ni-Co-P/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂的催化加氢性能。结果表明,非晶态Ni-Co-P/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂具有良好的催化活性和循环使用性能。The amorphous alloy Ni-Co-P was prepared on Fe sheet by electroless plating. The effects of bath composition and process parameters on deposition rate, bath stability and coating quality were investigated. The supported amorphous alloy catalysts Ni-Co- P/γ-Al2O3 were synthesized according to the optimized formulation and process parameters. The as-prepared catalysts were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer (EDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer (ICP-AES) and nitrogen adsorption-desorption isotherm. The hydrogenation catalytic properties of the Ni- Co-P/γ-Al2O3 catalysts were investigated by using reaction of nitrobenzene hydrogenation in liquid phase. The results show that the amorphous Ni-Co-P/γ-Al2O3 catalysts exhibit super hydrogenation catalytic properties and circle performance.
