摘 要:圆柱滚子轴承常用于冶金机械等领域超高负载和中等转速的设备中,其运转状态直接决定着现场生产的安全与否。提出在现场实测关键零部件应力水平的基础上,运用理论计算和有限元仿真技术相结合的方法,分别得出圆柱滚子轴承外部机械载荷和内部热载荷作用下滚子与套圈之间的接触应力,以此评估轴承的工作状态。将某炼钢厂摆剪减速机轴承作为案例进行了分析,分析结果与现场实际相吻合,表明上述分析方法的可行性。分析方法为相关技术人员进行圆柱滚子轴承工作状态的评估提供了技术路线。The working state of the cylindrical roller bearings which are usually used in metallurgical machinery equipment and suffering high loads and medium speed, determines the production site's safety directly. Based on the measured stress curve of the shafting key-parts, it proposed some analysis technologies with the methods of using theoretical calculation and finite element simulation, concluded out the contact stress between the roller elements and rings under external mechanical load and internal thermal load, and valuated the working state of the cylindrical roller bearing with the contact stress. A case study was introduced with a cylindrical roller bearing belonging to a pendulum shear reducer of a certain steel mills. The analysis results coincided highly with the testing data, showing the feasibility of the above analysis technologies. The analysis methods provided a technical route for the relevant technologists assessing the cylindrical roller bearing's operating condition,
