摘 要:为了改良运载火箭捆绑联接舱段集中力扩散结构的承力特性并实现轻量化设计要求,将开展集中力扩散结构拓扑优化设计方法研究。首先围绕结构刚度、强度、减重和集中力扩散效果等多种需求,实现以多工况下最小加权柔度为目标函数的结构拓扑优化。然后根据拓扑优化结果并综合考虑制造工艺等要求设计出新的集中力扩散结构,实现结构整体减重18.2%。最后对新结构进行标准工况下的载荷分析校验强度,计算结果表明新的集中力扩散结构设计方案的应力水平满足设计要求,提出的拓扑优化方案适合于概念设计阶段的集中力扩散结构优化。To improve the bearing-force characteristics of the concentrated force diffusion structure in strap-on linkage section and realize the lightweight design requirements, a variable density method based topology optimization technique is introduced into the design of the concentrated force diffusion structure in this essay. Firstly, based on multiple demands including the structural stiffness, strength, weight, concentrated force diffusion effect, the structural topology optimization that is the minimum weighted flexibility as the objective function in multiple load cases is realized. Then, according to the results of topolosy optimization and considerations of manufacturing technique and other requirements, it designs a new concentrated force diffusion structure and achieves a 18.2% reduction in total weight of the structure. Finally, the analysis of the new structure load in the standard condition is conducted to check its strength, and the results show the stress level of this design scheme of the concentrated force diffusion structure meets design requirements and the proposed topology optimization method is suitable for the design of the concentrated force diffusion in concept design phase.
