摘 要:为了提高个性化定制产品的喷涂效率,研究结合喷涂工艺的数字模型快速生成方法。该方法以喷枪主轴与喷涂面法线的最大偏差角作为参考阈值,提出了基于动态基准面的三角网格分块方法。以保证每个块中任意两个三角面的夹角都小于参考阈值,使每个块可近似为喷涂平面,解决了当前分块方法的不足。针对分块模型边界线的锯齿化现象,提出了新的边界优化方法。采用NURBS对块边界进行优化处理,为喷枪在块边界上的平稳运动提供支持,提高了边界处涂层的均匀性。因此,采用该方法生成的模型能提高喷涂轨迹规划效率和边界处涂层均匀性。In order to improve the spraying efficiency of customized products, a rapid digital model prototyping method was studied in view of the requirement of spraying craft. A method of blocking processing was provided in the method for constructing spraying-plane with triangular mesh, which used the permissible deviation between the spindle of spray gun and the normal of spray surface. The shortcomings of current block method which ensured the angle between every each triangular plane less than the permissible deviation in the block had been solved, and there is was a dynamic reference plane in the algorithm. Furthermore, in view of sawtooth phenomena at the junctions of the block model, a new method of boundary optimization is was proposed The boundary lines between every two blocks were optimized with NURBS, providing a reference to the movement of spray gun along the boundary. By using this method, the model improved spraying trajectory effciencyefficiency and the uniformity of coating boundary.
