朱西杰运用虚实关联动态辨证法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎

摘　　要：慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)在我国发病率很高,世界卫生组织将其列为胃癌前状态。朱西杰教授结合其临床二十余年的研究,通过虚实关联动态辨证,即虚实的盈亏,将正气与邪气进行具体形象化和量化,分为早、中、晚三期。通过病情发展的不同时期,根据虚实变化采用针对性治疗,取得良好的疗效。CAG has a high incidence in our country and the world health organization has listed it as gastric precancerous condition. Combined with the clinical research for twenty years and through Xu-Shi correlation and dynamic dialectics,namely the profit and loss of Xu-Shi,professor ZHU Xijie visualizes and quantizes the vital qi and pathogens and divides into early,middle and late periods. Through development in different periods,according to the Xu-Shi changes,targeted treatment has achieved good curative effect.
