综合医院中医门诊失眠伴抑郁焦虑患者就诊的时间规律性研究

摘　　要：目的:对到综合医院中医科失眠患者中伴抑郁焦虑的患者的就诊时间规律进行研究,以给出临床诊疗提示。方法:对2012年12月—2013年11月至综合医院中医科就诊的门诊患者进行SCL-90和躯体症状问卷调查,统计各月失眠患者中抑郁焦虑所占比例。结果:失眠患者中,有抑郁倾向的患者在12月-3月就诊比例偏高,而有焦虑倾向的患者在6月-10月就诊比例偏高。结论:失眠伴抑郁焦虑患者就诊存在时间规律,在临床诊疗时应加以注意。Objective： To study the time regularity of insomnia patients with anxiety and depression in TCM clinic of general hospital and present clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods： SCL-90 and physical symptoms questionnaire were used for the clinical patients at TCM clinic of general hospital from Dec. 2012 to Nov. 2013,making the statistic analysis for proportion of insomnia patients with anxiety and depression very months. Results： The proportion of insomnia patients with depression was higher from Dec. to Mar.,and the proportion of anxiety was higher from Jun. to Oct. Conclusion： There is time regularity in clinical insomnia patients with depression and anxiety. We should pay attention when present clinical diagnosis and treatment.
