基于文本挖掘的现代中医药诊疗高血压主要学术思想研究

摘　　要：目的:应用文本挖掘方法分析高血压病的现代中医研究团队,归纳其学术思想,为临床把握高血压病的中医防治理论及方法提供参考。方法:在中国生物医学文献数据库中检索高血压中医药诊疗及研究的相关文献,下载文献题录,应用正则表达式提取作者信息,根据普赖斯算法筛选高产作者,应用netdraw软件构建作者群及作者之间的合作关系图,通过万方学者圈统计主要核心人物的H指数,筛选重要团队及核心人物;在CNKI中国学术期刊网络出版总库、维普中文科技期刊数据库、万方数据库中检索核心人物的代表性论文,分析其学术思想。结果:共获得203名高产作者,归纳出现代中医诊疗高血压病的5个重要学术团队,归纳其学术思想为血潜阳、滋肾平肝、从心论治、益气化痰、经方论治。结论:当代中医药对于高血压的诊疗具有丰富的理论资源及临床经验。Objective： Using text mining technology to explore modern TCM genres of hypertension,to analyze and summarize the academic thought of all stripes,so that to grasp the TCM theory and method of prevention of hypertension. Methods： In Chinese Bio Medical Literature Database,to retrieve TCM diagnosis and treatment relevant literature of hypertension. Extract all the names of the authors,analyze the prolific authors in the field according to the price algorithm,and then authors and the relationship between the author was formed by software netdraw. By ten thousand square circle statistics,main core H index,evaluate its academic influence,filter out high H index important team once again and main core authors. Retrieve their own articles according to each team＇s important characters in CNKI,Pu Wei Chinese science and technology periodical database. According to the relevant characteristics of the genre to determine modern TCM genres of hypertension and analysis academic thought of all stripes. Results： 203 prolific authors were acquired,identifying 23 TCM academic teams of hypertension,analyzing 5 modern TCM genres of hypertension and the core academic thought and representatives. Conclusion： TCM has abundant theory resources and clinical experience on hypertension. The application of text mining method can fast and objectively analyze the genre and is a new method to research modern TCM genres of hypertension.
