心脏Tei指数评估中医益气养阴法治疗室性期前收缩的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:研究心脏Tei指数评估中医益气养阴法治疗室性期前收缩的临床疗效。方法:选取本院收治的60例确诊为室性期前收缩的患者作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组(每组30例),对照组患者实施常规治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上加用益气养阴清热活血方剂,治疗前后行心脏超声检查,观察、比较两组患者的心脏Tei指数改善情况及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组患者的早搏次数均较治疗前显著降低,LVEF较治疗前显著提高(P<0.05),研究组治疗后的LVEF值显著高于对照组,Tei指数、早搏次数均显著低于对照组,P<0.05。研究组患者的临床症状、动态心电图显效率、总有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后的Lown分级与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:临床采用中医益气养阴法治疗冠心病室性期前收缩,能迅速缓解临床症状,提高心脏Tei指数,改善心功能,临床疗效确切。Objective： To research the cardiac Tei index to assess the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Yangyin TCM treatment of premature ventricular contractions. Methods： A total of 60 patients with premature ventricular contractions were divided into the study group and the control group（ n = 30） by a random number table. The control group was treated with conventional treatment and the study group added Yiqi Yangyin Qingre Huoxue prescription. All patients were undergoing cardiac ultrasound examination before and after treatment and we observed and compared the cardiac Tei index improvement and clinical efficacy of two groups. Results： After treatment,the premature frequencies of two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment. The LVEF was significantly higher than that before treatment（ P 〈0. 05）. LVEF values of the study group after treatment were significantly higher and Tei index and premature frequency were significantly lower than those of the control group,P〈 0. 05. Clinical symptoms,Holter markedly effective rate and total effective rate of study group were significantly higher（ P〈 0. 05） and there was a significant difference of Lown grade of study group after treatment compared with that of the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The clinical use of Yiqi Yangyin TCM treatment of premature ventricular contractions can quickly relieve symptoms and improve cardiac Tei index and the heart function. It has a definite clinical efficacy.
