加味杞菊地黄汤联合西药治疗高血压病阴虚阳亢证的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨加味杞菊地黄汤联合西药治疗高血压病阴虚阳亢证的疗效。方法:以本院72例有阴虚阳亢表现的高血压患者为观察对象,将其随机分成两组,观察组(36例)采取加味杞菊地黄汤联合西药治疗,对照组(36例)单纯西药治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组治疗后收缩压、舒张压均明显降低,观察组降压效果明显好于对照组;观察组治疗后中医证候评分(14.2±2.4)分,总有效率94.4%,对照组治疗后中医证候评分(18.6±2.6)分,总有效率75%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义;观察组治疗后QOL评分(108.2±9.6)分,对照组(102.3±9.8)分,组间比较差异显著。结论:加味杞菊地黄汤联合西药治疗高血压病阴虚阳亢证的疗效明显,有利于提高生活质量,值得进一步应用。Objective： To investigate the effect of Jiawei Qiju Dihuang Decoction combined with western medicine treatment of hypertension of hyperactivity of Yang due to Yin deficiency. Methods： Seventy-two cases in our hospital manifested as the object of observation were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group（ 36 cases） adopted Jiawei Qiju Dihuang Decoction combined with western medicine and control group（ 36 cases） was treated with western medicine treatment. We compared two groups＇ treatment effect. Results： The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were significantly decreased after treatment in the two groups and the observation group was significantly better than the control group. The total effective rate was 94.4% in the observation group and 75% in the control group and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups.The QOL score（ 108. 2 ± 9. 6） of the observation group and（ 102. 3 ± 9. 8） of the control group was significant. Conclusion： Modified Qiju Dihuang Decoction combined with western medicine treatment has obvious efficacy on hypertension of Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity syndrome,which is beneficial to improve the quality of life and worthy of further application.
