中药内服加熏洗联合锁定钢板治疗股骨远端骨折的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：研究锁定钢板联合中药内服加熏洗治疗股骨远端骨折的治疗效果。方法：选择本院治疗的股骨远端骨折患者48例,根据随机数字法分为观察组与对照组,观察组锁定钢板联合中药内服加熏洗治疗,对照组予锁定钢板,比较两组的愈合时间、膝关节功能恢复情况及并发症。结果：观察组骨折愈合时间（112.5±28.2）d,明显短于对照组（142.2±21.7）d,差异具有统计学意义（t=11.896,P=0.003）。观察组膝关节功能恢复优良率82.1%（23/28）,高于对照组57.1%（16/28）,差异具有统计学意义（χ^2=4.139,P=0.040）。观察组并发症发生率7.1%（2/28）,低于对照组32.1%（9/28）,差异具有统计学意义（χ^2=5.543,P=0.020）。结论：锁定钢板联合中药内服加熏洗治疗股骨远端骨折能够缩短愈合时间,改善膝关节功能恢复,减少并发症,值得临床推广实践。Objective： To study the therapeutic effect of the treatment of distal femoral fracture with locking plate combined with Chinese medicine plus fumigation and washing. Methods： Forty-eight cases of distal femoral fractures treated by our hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number method. The observation group used the locking plate combined with Chinese medicine and fumigation and washing treatment. The control group used the lock plate. The healing time,the recovery of knee joint function and the complications of the two groups were compared. Results： The fracture healing time of the observation group was（ 112. 5 ± 28. 2） d,significantly shorter than the control group＇ s（ 142. 2 ＋ 21. 7） d. The difference was statistically significant（ t = 11. 896,P = 0. 003）. The recovery of knee joint function was 82. 1%（ 23 /28）,which is higher than the control group＇s 57. 1%（ 16 /28） and the difference was statistically significant（ x^2 = 4. 139,P = 0. 040）. The incidence of complications in observation group was 7. 1%（ 2 /28）,lower than the control group＇s 32. 1%（ 9 /28） and the difference was statistically significant（ x^2 = 5. 543,P = 0. 020）. Conclusion： The locking plate combined with Chinese medicine plus fumigation and washing can shorten the healing time in the treatment of distal femoral fractures,improve the functional recovery of the knee joint and reduce complications,worthy of clinical practice.
