糖肾康胶囊对糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期肾虚血瘀证血清ET-1干预的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察糖肾康胶囊对糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期肾虚血瘀证的ET-1影响。方法:选取90例糖尿病肾病早期患者在降糖、降压、合理饮食等基础治疗上予糖肾康胶囊口服,并设仅用基础治疗的对照组,观察服药前后内皮素(ET-1)、尿微量白蛋白(MA)、血脂、症状积分的变化。结果:ET-1、MA、症状积分治疗后较治疗前有显著性差异。结论:糖肾康胶囊延缓DN进展,其机制可能通过改善微循环及血清ET-1来延缓肾小球硬化。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Tangshenkang Capsule on serum ET-1 levels in kidney deficiency and blood stasis patients with diabetic nephropathy at Ⅲ period. Methods： A total of 90 cases of patients with early diabetic nephropathy were given routine treatment such as reasonable diet,decreasing blood sugar and blood pressure and oral Tangshenkang Capsule. And the control group was treated with basic therapy alone. The change of serum ET-1 levels,blood lipid,urine trace albumin and the symptom integral were observed before and after treatment. Results： The changes of ET-1,urine trace albumin and the symptom integral after treatment had significant difference. Conclusion： Tangshenkang Capsule can delay progress in DN and its mechanism may be improving microcirculation and serum levels of ET-1 to delay glomerular sclerosis.
