摘　　要：目的:观察不同层次埋线方法治疗单纯性肥胖者的临床效果。方法:将45例受试者使用随机数字表法分为3组,分别为脂肪层简易埋线组(简称脂肪层组)、肌肉层简易埋线组(简称肌肉层组)以及脂肪层与肌肉层交替简易埋线组(简称交替层组),每组15例进行1周1次共4次的埋线治疗。观察受试者治疗前后体重、体重指数(BMI)、腰围、臀围变化。结果:(1)组间比较:13组方法治疗前体重、体重指数、腰围、臀围无差异P>0.05,2与脂肪层比较:肌肉层组体重差值、体重指数差值、腰围差值有差异P<0.01,臀围无差异P>0.05;交替层组体重差值、体重指数差值、腰围差值有差异P值分别为P<0.01、P<0.05、P<0.01,臀围无差异P>0.05。3肌肉层与交替层比较:体重差值、体重指数差值有差异P<0.05,腰围差值、臀围差值无差异P>0.05。(2)组内比较:3组方法治疗前后体重、体重指数、腰围、臀围有差异P<0.01。(3)3组患者治疗前后有效率:脂肪层组86.67%,交替层组53.33%,肌肉层组33.33%。结论:3组埋线方法对治疗单纯性肥胖者体重、体重指数、腰围、臀围方面均有较好的疗效,但脂肪层组疗效最佳。Objective：This essay aims at observing and selecting different layers with embedding therapy on acupoints for treating simple obesity. Also,we try to find out the best layers for reducing body weight with embedding therapy on acupoints and service for the clinic. Methods ： A total of 45 cases who accorded with inclusion criterion of this project were divided into 3 groups randomly, 15 cases for each group and embedding therapy would be taken for these patients once a week for 4 times. First group used embedding in fat layer, second group in muscle group and the third group in fat layer and muscle layer alternatively. Before treatment ,we used ultrasonic doppler to detect the thickness of patients＇ skin and fat and then took the treatment strictly according to the standard method of catgut embedding therapy on acupoints. Catgut would be embedded in the fat layer in first group while the catgut would be embedded in muscle layer in the second group. For the third group, the catgut would be embedded in fat layer at the first and third treatment, and then in the second and forth treatment, catgut should be embedded in the muscle layer. Finally we observed patients＇ body weight, BMI,waistline,hip line and clinic efficacy before and after treatment. And then we compared the data intra -class and inter -class with SPSS17.0 and conducted the correlation analysis. Results：①Before treatment, the body weight, BMI, waistline and hipline in these three groups were not significant（ P 〉 0.05 ）. ②There was extremely statistical significance（P 〈0. 01 ）. ③During comparison of the intraclass groups ,there was significance（P 〈0.05 ）.④In the third group,there was no statistical significance among inter - class comparison in waistline and hip line before and after treatment. ⑤Compari before and after treatments in these three groups had statistical significance （P 〈0. 05 ）.
