摘  要:目的:从神经内分泌角度探讨功能性消化不良(FD)肝郁模型大鼠胃肠道运动障碍与胃肠激素的关系。方法:运用夹尾刺激法制备FD肝郁动物模型,采用定量方法观察模型大鼠胃排空及小肠推进情况,用放射免疫法测定胃肠激素血浆胃动素(MTL)、P物质(SP)、血清胃泌素(GAS)的变化。结果:模型组胃肠排空功能较空白对照组减慢(P<0.05);血浆MTL、SP、血清GAS含量较空白对照组降低(P<0.05)。结论:肝郁是FD发病的重要病理因素,胃肠激素含量的改变是肝胃不和型FD胃肠道运动障碍的神经生物学基础。Objective: The investigation of the relationship between the gastrointestinal movement disorders and gastrointestinal hormone on rats with functional dyspepsia( FD) and liver-qi depression syndrome was made from the perspective of neuroendocrine system. Methods: We established the rats model of FD and liver-qi depression syndrome by clipping tails,observed gastric emptying( GE) and small intestine propulsion( SIP) in the quantitative analysis method and measured the level of plasma motilin( MTL),substance P( SP) and serum gastrin( GAS) by radioimmunoassay. Results: Compared with the normal saline( NS) control group,the model group had an obvious increase of the gastric emptying rate( P 〈0. 05). The levels of plasma MTL,SP and GAS in the model group dropped significantly compared with those in the NS control group. Conclusion: The decrease of plasma MTL,SP and GAS is the neurobiological basis of gastrointestinal movement disorders of FD and liver-qi depression syndrome.
