摘 要:利用溶胶—凝胶旋涂法制备了CoAl_xFe_(2-x)O_4/SiO_2(x=0.1,0.3,0.5,0.7,0.9)纳米复合薄膜.利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对样品的结构、形貌和磁性进行了研究.结果表明,样品中CoAl_xFe_(2-x)O_4具有尖晶石结构,铁氧体纳米晶粒尺寸在24~34 nm之间.随着Al^(3+)含量的增加,CoAl_xFe_(2-x)O_4的晶格常数减小,样品的饱和磁化强度先增大后减小,当x=0.3时具有最大值;而矫顽力单调减小.CoAlxFe2.xO4/SiO2 (x = 0.1,0.3,0.5,0.7,0.9) nanocomposite films were prepared by sol-gel spin- coating process. The structure, morphology and magnetic properties of the films were studied through X-ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, and vibrating sample magnetometer. The results showed that the sample 34 nm. With the increase possessed spinel structure, and the average of grain size was in the range of 24-of Al^3+ content, the lattice constant of CoAlxFe2-x saturationmagnetization first increased and then decreased, having a maximum value when coercivity decreased.
