摘  要:研究了Cd(Ⅱ)与硫氰酸钾和罗丹明B形成络合物,经微孔滤膜富集,用二甲亚砜将其溶解,用分光光度法测量其吸光度,建立了一种分光光度法测定痕量Cd(Ⅱ)的新方法.本方法最大吸收波长为580 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε580=6.85×105L/mol·cm,检出限为6.77×10^-10g/m L,线性范围为0.001-0.14μg/m L.该法用于实际样品的测定,结果令人满意.Study of the ionic associate that is compounded of Cadmium ( Ⅱ )-KSCN-Rhodamine. By micro filter membrane, the compound and the membran were dissolved in DMSO,and a new spectrophotometric method was presented for the determination of trace Cadmium( Ⅱ ) by spectrophotometric determination of absorbance of the organic solution system. Its maximum absorption is 580 nm with molar absorptivity being 6.85 × 10^5L/mol . cm and the detection limit is 6.77× 10^-10g/mL,the linear range is 0. 001 -0.14 μg/mL. The proposed method has been successfully applied to the determination of Cadmium( U ) in water and food samples,and the satisfied resuits were obtained.
