摘 要:汽车转向器摇臂轴非圆齿扇的加工存在一定难度和复杂性,传统上是利用三维建模软件直接模拟摇臂轴齿扇实际的加工过程,这种方法直观,且求解过程简单,但是所得齿面精度不高并且需要进行齿面重构。针对这些问题,提出一种加工仿真的方法,即通过MATLAB软件,对非圆齿轮(以余弦函数传动比模型为例)进行建模,根据齿轮齿条的啮合原理,分析齿扇插齿加工中各进给轴的相对运动关系,然后在MATLAB软件中模拟加工出齿扇。经验证,计算齿面和实际齿面的误差范围很小,证明该方法正确且精确。The process of automobile redirector rocker arm shaft non-circular gear sector is of certain diffi cuhy and complexity. It is a direct simulation of the machining process by using 3D modeling software in the tradition. The method is simple, but accuracy of the obtained tooth surface is not high and the surface reconstruction is needed in the case. To solve these problems, this paper presents a method for machining simulation, through the MATLAB to model the transmission ratio of cosine function, according to the meshing theory of gear and rack to analyze the relative motion relationship of each feed axis during the process of gear sector. It then simulated the gear sector in the MATLAB. The results proved that the error range of calculation and reality is very small and the method has high accuracy and precision.
