摘  要:目的:观察CirQ-life保恩素胶囊的安全性。方法:采用小鼠急性毒性试验、小鼠骨髓微核试验、大鼠30d喂养等试验方法进行各项实验。结果:小鼠急性经口毒性最大耐受剂量(MTD)均大于8414mg/kg(BW),为无毒物,其对小鼠骨髓染色体无明显损伤作用。30d喂养试验表明CirQ-life保恩素胶囊各剂量组对大鼠体重、食物利用率、血液学、血液生化、脏体系及病理组织等指标与正常对照组比较,均无显著性差异。结论:在本实验剂量范围和条件下,CirQ-life保恩素胶囊属实际无毒食品,短期使用无毒副作用。The study observed the toxicological safety of Cir-Q Life Baoensu capsules, through acute toxici- ty tests, bone marrow cell micronucleus test and feeding tests of thirty days. Results are as follows. The daily maximum toxicity dose of Cir-Q Life Baoensu in mice was 8414 mg (BW) which was innocuous sub- stance. Cir-Q Life Baoensu on the bone marrow cell micronucleus test was negative. Compared with control group,the body weight, food utilization rate, full blood count, blood biochemistry, organ/body weigh rati- os, and the histopathological examination had no significant differences on the rats after thirty-day feeding. It has been proven that Cir-Q Life Baoensu capsules is actually non-toxic and may be regarded as the safe foods used in the human body.
