摘 要:智能交通越来越被重视,对于其中交通流量的监控,在传统的监测手段上提出用多轴飞行器携带微型高清摄像机,完成交通点的图像采集。同时安装GPS、气压控制等模块实现飞行器的定高、定点等多样化功能。最后利用GPRS将图像数据及模块参数传输至交通控制中心的PC机进行显示与处理。PC机也可发出指令对无人机进行控制。经PC机接收的图像数据除直观可见外,还经专门的软件进行处理,得出车辆统计信息。通过此方法实现对车流量监控的实时控制。及时发布消息制定交通方案。Intelligent transportation is more and more important, for monitoring the traffic flow, the multi-axle vehicle is put forward to carry miniature high-definition cameras, complete image acquisition of traffic point. At the same time, Installing GPS, pneumatic control module, etc. realize the functions such as fixed-point, fixed-high. The image data and module parameters can be transmit to PC of the traffic control center to display and deal with. PC also can give commands to control the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). The received image data is visible on PC, also processed by special software, which can acquire the vehicle statistics. By this method of real-time monitoring, timely traffic plan can be released to control the traffic.
