摘　　要：开式齿轮喷油雾润滑系统由油枪、电磁阀、油分布器、气动油泵、喷油控制器、压力开关等设备组成,喷油的逻辑控制由安装在现场的喷油控制器完成,由于选矿球磨工段现场环境恶劣,高粉尘和潮气重造成现场的喷油控制器经常性损坏,而每台喷油控制器的价格6000元以上。为了节约成本,并且减少故障停车时间,通过技术改造,将喷油控制器取消,改由DCS实现同样的逻辑控制,只需要一次性敷设电缆的费用,而维护费用大大缩减。Open gear oil mist lubrication system make up by oil gun, solenoid valve, oil distributor, pneumatic pump, fuel injection controller, pressure switch, etc. Logic control of injection is accomplished by injection controller installed in the field, because the dressing ball grinder section of the site conditions, high dust and humidity cause frequent injection controller damage, and the price of each injection controller is over 6000 yuan, In order to save costs and reduce the fault parking time, through technical modification, injection controller will be cancelled and replaced by DCS for the same logic control, need only a one-time consumption costs, cable laying. As result, maintenance cost is greatly reduced.
