摘　　要：随着世界工业对于降低风险因素及环境保护的要求越来越高,高完整性压力保护系统(HIPPS,High Integrity Pressure Protection System)在油气工业压力保护上起到了重要的作用。本文主要介绍了HIPPS系统在HZ25-3项目开发中的应用以及部分生命周期内的管理活动,包括:SIL等级分析,系统搭建及逻辑功能的实现等方面对HIPPS系统的可用性和可靠性进行了论证。Now the world industries shall be risk reduce factor and improve environment protect require, HIPPS （High integrity pressure protection system） is playing a more and more important role in the oil and gas industries. This paper introduces HIPPS system application in HZ25-3 offshore oil field and a part of lifecycle management of this system. It includes as follow： HIPPS system SIL classes analyse, system architecture and realization of logic function of the system have proved reliability and availability of the system.
