摘 要:离心式压缩机因其结构简单、流量大、运转平稳、运行率高,广泛应用于石油化工生产过程中,但受其本身结构特性所致,喘振是离心式压缩机的固有特性,喘振如不及时采取措施,将会严重损坏机体,造成重大损失。针对吉林某化肥厂30万吨/年合成氨装置离心式氨压缩机组,简单分析了离心式压缩机发生喘振的原因,介绍了防喘振调节工艺流程、常用控制策略,以及防喘振控制系统的组成,最后以一段防喘振控制算法为列,阐述了合成氨装置离心式氨压缩机组一段防喘振控制算法。Because of its simple structure; large flow; stable operation; high operation rate, centrifugal compressor is widely used in the petroleum chemical industry production process, But due to its structure, surge is its inherent characteristic, it will seriously damage the machine and cause major losses if measures are not taken timely. The paper is in light of centrifugal compressor unit for 300000 tons / year Synthetic Ammonia equipment in a fertilizer plant in Jilin, the reason of centrifugal compressor surge is analyzed, the anti surge adjustment process, control strategy and the composition of the anti surge control system are introduced. Finally anti surge control algorithm of first section for Synthetic ammonia equipment ammonia centrifugal compressor is stated.
