摘　　要：火灾现场的尸体是基层法医经常遇见的案件，在这类案件中，判断是生前烧死还是死后焚尸具有非常重要的意义。本文就相关文献关于火灾死亡案件的尸体内部、外部特征、现场特点、结合COHb为主的实验室结果加以综述，说明这些特征在实际案件中的作用，为基层法医处理火灾现场尸体提供参考。the body of the scene of the fire is often encountered in the primary forensic cases. In this case, judge is burned to death or died after the body burner has very important significance. The relevant literature on fire death case body inside, external features, site characteristics, combined with COHb mainly laboratory results reviewed that these characteristics in the case of actual effect, the scene of the fire body to provide a reference for primary forensic treatment.
